I am that girl who sits in the dirt to meditate. I am that girl who believes in manifestation. I am that girl who believes your feet should touch the bare earth in order to recenter and get grounded. I am an energy absorber, intuitive, and empathic. I am that girl who needs to be alone and quiet in order to refuel. And I am only just learning these things about myself. This year has been a journey of unearthing my true self and understanding that most people do not understand their souls purpose. Our instincts have been calcified because we as people are so far from where we began, with our feet in the dirt, eating raw good food from the earth, grown and nurtured with our own two hands.
